Welcome to Seaview!
Seaview is a waterfront community of unparalleled beauty, located on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, a 75 mile long peninsula, 10 miles at its widest point, separating the Chesapeake Bay on the west from the Atlantic Ocean on the east. The Eastern Shore offers undisturbed nature and wildlife along with undeveloped, uninhabited barrier islands. Open shallow bays and channels run between the pine covered mainland and the low lying salt marshes which meander to the barrier islands. This makes for spectacular swimming, fishing, boating, kayaking and other water sports.  The Virginia barrier islands are the most pristine chain of islands along the Atlantic coast, providing the opportunity for nature viewing and beach walking.  Seaview property owners have access to Cedar Island, one of the barrier islands, via personal watercraft or a boat service available to property owners and their guests.

Virginia's Eastern Shore is also known for its rural landscape, historic small towns, and rustic waterfront villages with art
galleries, interesting shops,  excellent restaurants, and quaint Victorian Bed & Breakfast Inns.
